    Absolutely terrifying album, on every track Xiu Xiu is able to create extreme tension. Jamie's vocals are great on this album. Initially I thought covering or "remaking" Angelo Badalamenti's beautiful score would be pointless, but i was proved wrong. Xiu Xiu manages to take the source material in a different, much darker direction, that reminded me of Akira Yamaoka's style in his Silent Hill scores. I still prefer the original, but this cover is truly a worthwhile rendition and listen.… Full Review »
