Whilst the initial surprise felt on the original ‘Saturation’ may have subsided, the erratic excitement and experimentation on that album has been executed more confidently on each subsequent chapter. The LA group are everything progressive rap music should be; forward thinking, energetic and perhaps most importantly, exciting.

Saturation III is the shortest, hookiest, and best, though, for no better reason than they are cooking by now, pithily commenting on police brutality, drug addiction, and receiving head.

This is Brockhampton at their funkiest and most playful, but it’s also Brockhampton at their finest.

What unites them through the funk of “Zipper”, the smooth, slightly cheesy pop of “Hottie” and the sudden bursts of metallic dissonance on “Sister/Nation” is a sense of hiphop starting over, moving beyond iconography and iconoclasm into a world where they have absolute freedom to make shit up as they go along. On Saturation III, the collective’s objective begins to come into focus. They still paint in broad strokes and their songs sometimes still lack continuity, but they’re truly moving as a unit now, and the star power is all but obvious.

Like its predecessors, the album is hit or miss, but the batting average remains uncommonly high for a project like this.

Saturation III is for the fans: their most abstract, their most experimental, and by far their weirdest.

This is the best Saturation IMO, Every member contributes great verses every on every track and this Saturation also has the best productionThis is the best Saturation IMO, Every member contributes great verses every on every track and this Saturation also has the best production between the 3 with a more aggressive and experimental tone. The only complaint i have on this album is that Ameer does not change his flow at all, but this could be applied between all 3 Saturation's.

    Best Songs: ZIPPER,JOHNNY,LIQUID,HOTTIE,SISTER/NATION,TEAM.

Saturation III sounds better than II, but not quite as good as the first one, but the fact is, each installment on its own isn't such a huge accomplishment, but the whole boxset is the real deal, three amazingly consistent albums recorded and produced in 365 days isn't something that you see that often, specially in that genre. Saturation actually saturated the scene with BROCKHAMPTON, introducing a whole lot of new fans. Them as a group have an immense potential and each member can now go on with their solo careers, which I'm hoping for (specially Ameer).

Saturation isn't revolutionary, but its consistency and fun stood out to be the most surprising moments of 2017, with catchy songs, amazing production, some great lyrics here and there, a consistent great experience.

Brockhampton's third and last album in the saturation trilogy is a great to listen to but doesn't top the second one.

Yeah, I've got bias for the best boyband since One Direction, and they are stronger than after the split-up
