As part of Vex'd, Jamie Teasdale already set himself apart with the music the duo created, and now, as Kuedo, he pushes even further, creating immensely beautiful soundscapes yet unheard of. This is one of those albums where every song stands on it's own. Unique, emotive, futuristic, transcendental, rhythmic - an exceptional listening experience. Kuedo's soundscapes reflect an artist who has mastered his craft; the ability to mould sound into a truly unique and beautiful form.

It's the generous flow of rapt, wistful melody that makes Severant such an appealing prospect. [Nov 2011, p.72]

An intriguing sonic experience from start to finish, Severant is a bold left-field first offering from an artist who's quickly establishing himself as the intelligent dance scene's "one to watch."
