I'm shocked that Katy Perry still delivers us really GOOD music even the singer gave birth to a beautiful daughter named Daisy Bloom this month, I can fell the power she gives to the album, the title is called SMILE and succesfully make me SMILE in this pandemic, thank you for your hard work, I'm proud of you, Katy Perry!

    Smile is the natural progression that Katy Perry had to make after her 2017's Witness. She's going back to her roots and therefore strengths, providing song after song about empowerment, resilience, acceptance and ultimately, happiness. Sure, the lyrics are simple, typical Katy Perry tongue in cheek, but it's what also what makes Katherine Hudson to Katy Perry - and it sure shouldn't beSmile is the natural progression that Katy Perry had to make after her 2017's Witness.     First of all i just wanted to point out that these critics are really biased and u shouldn't trust a single thing they say, a critic actually gave this album a 20/100, yes, u heard that right. This is easily katy's best album, there are 0 skips bc i this kind of katy perry really is my style of music. And lastly, these critics are saying that it sounds too much like teenage dream or something which is NOT TRUE.     Desde la primera canción que escuchas te da una vibra increíble, solo escucho una canción y me encanta pero a la medida que van las siguientes se siente increíble cada canción, no solo por ser fan de Katy le doy una calificación de 10, simplemente es de los mejores álbumes de este año, tiene un poco de todo y en ningún momento escuchas    Esto no es una comparación, es mi opinión del album.

    Desde la primera canción que escuchas te da una vibra increíble, solo escucho una canción y me encanta pero a la medida que van las siguientes se siente increíble cada canción, no solo por ser fan de Katy le doy una calificación de 10, simplemente es de los mejores álbumes de este año, tiene un poco de todo y en ningún momento escuchas música de "relleno" es de los mejores trabajos de Katy, llore de la emoción, increíble, este álbum definitivamente me dejó sin palabras.

    And once again, Katy shows a more mature but yet popish version of herself. Smile is full of bops and amazing lyrics. Teary Eyes, Not the End of the World and Only Love remind us of PRISM, while songs like Cry About It Later or Resilient give Witness vibes. This album is definitely a grower, and I can't wait to see Katy brings next!

    katy perry finds his artistic side in an album that mixes the known and beloved pop of the teenage dream, strong lyrics like in the prism and in the background a melancholy of the witness, showing his maturity and that he knows very well what to do to be on the charts, besides to show her personal and strong side in dance music, katy got it right

    This album is wonderful! I loved every song of it, from beginning to end! For me this is the best Katy Perry album, for sure this album deserved a Grammy and a 100 on metacritic.

    That's the best Katy's album. It shows some maturing sound and lyric which isn't present in other albums of her. It's more cohesive than witness and teenage dream, and in some parts it brings back the memory of "one of the boys".

    It's absolutely amazing to see this artist growing up and sharpening her edges through the years. This album is so danc-y, fun, alive. Impossible not to smile listening to it.

    SMILE is easily one of the best albums of 2020. The lyrics and production compliment each other perfectly and it's impossible not to smile or dance while listening to this masterpiece!

    Smile is a perfect Katy Perry Album. The Disco genre is pretty famous at the moment and we couldnt expect less than she giving it her magic touch on her brand new album! It just amazes me how good she is on making bops. She done EVERYTHING she promised. Im not disapointed at all. Im actually surprised.

    Everything about this album is perfection. The lyrics are very well written and meaningful, the production is rich and on point and the melody in each song is so catchy. Katy Perry really outdid herself with this record.

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
