Feb 7, 2020An album absolutely focused on the groove, and even though sometimes I miss the variation of Trouble in Paradise, Supervision is still crazy fun. All killer, no filler.

Feb 7, 2020Undoubtedly a very amusing criticism of the musical industry. Elly is happy and we can feel it in each song that gets even bigger when you know the context in which the album was created. Give it time and this record will be understood in the future! Every track looks the same? Nice, it’s is what it is meant to be!

Feb 8, 2020Sorry but it's very dull and every song has the same backing track that's either mid tempo or a little bit faster. It's like the same song with different lyrics. I like 2 tracks. Shame really. Hopefully if another album is made it'll have some oomph.

Feb 8, 2020All songs have an ability to instantly capture you in their groove, with an irresistible temptation to tap your foot or bop your head along to the catchy beats without ever being too in your face. Each song builds with great progression and lyrics to match. There's a great tropical disco feel that makes the whole album sound like such a package.

Feb 21, 2020Bit Samey. But nice tropical vibe . Love you la Roux and all you do Needed more bangers

Feb 7, 2020Depois de dois álbuns realmente, sendo o ultimo um dos melhores do respetivo ano, La Roux vem com um trabalho que não têm outra palavra pra definir; medíocre.

Mar 16, 2020Supervision is a decent effort but it doesn't really broaden La Roux's range enough to be interesting. I love an artist that can stick with a New Wave motif, but nothing is bad or excellent on this record, it's simply light entertainment.

Feb 7, 2020I really was expecting something different of Trouble in Paradise even when it's my favorite La Roux's, but I feel I little to much frustraiting.
-
Feb 7, 2020Groovy meets deep sensitive lyrics with class and personality, plus an amazing aesthetics and outstanding live performances. Elly Jackson keeps getting better and never boring, expressing herself as an artist with strong opinions as bonus
-
Feb 12, 2020Although very similar to trouble in paradise, it’s almost groovier and more subtle! Some of the songs need time to grow but is a great record to have in the background to chill to

Feb 25, 2020Es un buen álbum de Synth Pop para pasar un buen rato y bailar pero tampoco es la gran maravilla.

Aug 20, 2020Now a certified pop vet, La Roux returns with a work that translates the hard-earned lessons of the past decade into another collection of radio-ready dance-pop whose best tracks manage to sound timeless and topical at the same time. It’s an eminently listenable album, and her best shot in years at recapturing some of those triumphs for herself.

Feb 28, 2020s, Supervision is some of Jackson's most consistent work, and hearing her have this much fun growing into her music -- and herself -- is infectious.

Q MagazineFeb 11, 2020The LP's monotonous back half leaves Jackson running to stand still. [Apr 2020, p.111]
