This new album shows how much CocoRosie have grown in this 10 years. It might not be a clear thing for most of the people, but it has a magical flow to it, and it shows the musical evolution that they made in the past years. It contains, for sure, some of the most magical moments that they ever gave us!

8 for the great album, but ONE STAR for the stupid 18-minute "hidden track" at the end. The track itself is fine, but I don't want to sit there for 15 minutes of silence waiting for it. Really remarkably dumb.

Tales of a GrassWidow is a more coherent album than the clunkily political Shaking the Habitual, the critically acclaimed new release from the Knife.

They make albums that make you squint and stare at the floor and convince yourself you like it, maybe. And somehow, you’ll find yourself listening until you’re sure you do.

The Casady sisters spin some of their most accessible tracks in years.
