    An album with nearly no skips, JID showcases his fantastic lyrical and songwriting abilities throughout the experience. Not only does he captivate listeners with great melodies, samples, and instrumentation, but he does so while offering plenty of substance as well.

    This album is amazing. I've been a JID fan since DiCaprio2 released. Been so excited for his next one, and here it is. Easily his best work to date. From the incredible flows (like always), his incredible vocal performances, his storytelling ability, ... Sistanem breaks me btw. 9,4/10

    This album doesn't have any skips, the story-telling, these instrumentals, all of these things are amazing. This album just gotta be a 10/10 and I can't believe this album wasn't nominated to the Grammys

    A cohesive modern classic. The unique style of JID's first album, The Never Story, comes back in full force, this time backed up with the increasing technical and artistic ability of an older artist. JID flexes his storytelling muscles on this album as his rapping talent and varied style cement it as a contender for album of the year.

    THE FOREVER STORY is an amazing album filled with absolute bangers. It shows JID 's full display off talent, and proves to us that he was, and still is, underrated. Best album of the year.

    This album is so close to perfect. JID has very much delivered on this album. On this album JID sings better than most real singers, and really shows emotion. The messages and vibe are amazing as well. Definatly recommend listening to this and DiCaprio 2.

    From the beginning to the start, the album consistently maintains the quality of the production along with the quality of the deep meaningful lyrics.
    The flow, the stories told, the instruments, everything is great. And the best thing about the album, is that this album has a huge accessibility and replayability.
    Over these few months, I have listened to it more than 40 times but I still can't help but vibe to it everytime I play it again. The tunes get stuck into your head and you'll keep coming back to this album again and again.

    Overall, this will be loved by anyone, regardless of whether a person is into rap music deeply or not. Even a casual listener would not hesitate to agree that this album is amazing.
    If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the track "Bruddanem" felt a bit messy, at times and there seems to be a hissing sound, if you listen to it very attentively. But this is just to nitpick and to specifically find out a flaw. Also, this is not necessarily a flaw. Maybe, this is the way J.I.D intended it to be.

    Overall, this album is a must listen to, if you are into rap music, even in the slightest bit.    … Expand

    An amazing album that shows off the extensive skills of J.I.D and his lyrical prowess. From song to song it’s near perfection and his storytelling is created so meticulously and cleverly in the album. The level of J.I.D’s skills are at the greatest showcase whether tackling his relationship with his family on “Crack Sandwich”, “Bruddanem”, or “Sistanem” or when he raps so amazingly butAn amazing album that shows off the extensive skills of J.I.D and his lyrical prowess. From song to song it’s near perfection and his storytelling is created so meticulously and cleverly in the album. The level of J.I.D’s skills are at the greatest showcase whether tackling his relationship with his family on “Crack Sandwich”, “Bruddanem”, or “Sistanem” or when he raps so amazingly but delivers his message with tremendous execution whether on “Just In Time” or “Lauder Too”. The range of songs are making whether rapping on “Surround Sound” in an amazingly crafted song about a drug seller or “Kody Blu 31” one of the best songs of 2022 with an amazing story and motif.     This is plain and simple the best album of 2022 and one of the best albums of the decade. The fact that it wasn't nominated for a Grammy is a violation. JID's storytelling and lyricism are damn near perfect on this album and most of the features are perfect as well (with the exclusion of lil durk. Overall this is an amazing album and a must-listen.
