  1. This is an instantly engaging showcase of the 23-year-old Aussie’s talents--poppy without diluting her fierce-flowing charisma.

The production is an expertly judged combination of radio-friendly pop and club-influenced, sparse trap beats. Iggy’s the real deal.

Azalea's rags-to-riches story shines on Work, but elsewhere her "bow down to a goddess" schtick grows tiring.

If there's one problem with this pop/rap hybrid it is the skittish way she sometimes departs from the beat, losing her flow in EDM choruses or radio friendly R&B pop hooks. Iggy is strongest when she welds her words to a minimal yet delectable bass boom, spelling out her name with mischievous exaggeration.

The New Classic mistakenly tries to frame Azalea as hip-hop's newest can't-miss egomaniac, focusing on the riches instead of the far more interesting rags.
  6. There's nothing to really chew on here, nothing to keep you coming back.

The directionless album may have a number of songs that will make radio programmers drool, but the staying power resembles anything but a classic.

The first song that comes to mind is Fancy, her first main-stream hit, the song is extremely catchy and spunky. Black Widow also comes to mind thanks to its unforgettable chorus and impressive beat. Besides her popular songs, Work and Rolex prove to be the most powerful, memorable and impressive songs on the album. Work with it's fast pace and catchy beat and Rolex with its smooth rhymes and well delivered verses. The majority of the other songs like Goddess, Walk the Line and **** Love are also pretty good, but the main issue with the album is its inconsistency. Not only through it's vibe (the upbeat Fancy juxtapositioned against the slow Don't Need Y'all), but also the quality. One moment the incredible song Work is playing, and suddenly the lyrically boring and slow track Impossible is Nothing follows. If Iggy could find a steady level of energy and improve the overall quality of the songs, she could prove to be an incredible force in music. Expand

This album definitely has it club bangers but Iggy loses herself in her own raps, making it hard for the audience to understand her word. ImThis album definitely has it club bangers but Iggy loses herself in her own raps, making it hard for the audience to understand her word. Im not sure if Iggy herself understands what she's speaking upon, but its obvious to say that Iggy Azalea is not a good rapper what so ever. "Black Widow" and "Fancy" are the highlights of the album but not because of Iggy's rap but for the catchy pop choruses sang by featured artist Rita Ora and Charli XCX. This isn't the worse album ever but it sure does lack a lot effort and stability. The album could had garned a better responses if it was just a flat out pop album that had nothing to do with Iggy rapping. Expand

Ela pode tentar o Dance, que a probabilidade do autotune dar certo é 100%.

    Tente de novo, Iggy.
