    This is such a Jim James-y album. Many songs have the vibe of a Pennywise-like serial killer in a David Lynch film (and I mean that in the most positive way), while others are simply pleasant, like his "Lucky Man" cover. I'm a big fan of the Jim James quirk, so if you are one of those people, I feel confident that you will enjoy this.     If Eternally Even was James’ aggrieved effort to engage directly with a world in unrest, Tribute To 2 is an attempt to offer succor. It’s a little glimpse of the past James hopes will soothe and reassure us.
