    Very good disc, they've gone back to their punk roots but without the snotty vibe that was prevalent in All killer It would have been nice to have 1 metal-influenced song, though the riffs near the end of "King of Contradiction" come close. All in all I love every track (took a little more time to get used to Ma Poubelle) and have been listening non-stop

    they always change their style but i loved this cd, it is just great, the best song is with me :)

    I think this album is their best one, though I don't think it will be as great in sales to the other albums, the music is great but I agree with the childish Bush bashing. To me it's not Bush bashing that made them who they are, they should of wrote their own normal style besides childish things like that. But in all I thinks it's their best album!

    much better vocals that on last album:) lyrics like always it's great.I think it's albym for a little bit older people that 16 but it's great !!

    Great CD from the best band in the world. its the only thing ive liistened to since it came out. Except for 1 round with Chuck.

    Being a big Sum 41 fan, I like it, but it has nothing on chuck. A few songs sound the same, and are reminiscent of Blink and Green Day. Overall, good album, but Chuck's better.

    is the most mature album of the vand and is fantastic cause can mix fast and slow songs in a mixture that is awesome

    Very good catchy album. I miss the ripping guitar solos though. Pull the curtain is a great track

    I enjoyed this album alot, extremely catxhy and very well written in parts.

    I loved this album, all the songs are great! I've been listening to this album a lot. I would recommend this album to others.

    This album is no doubt amazing. Screw this American Idiot sound alike not a chance!!! It has a very intense sound and even slows down for a couple great songs. Im tired of hearing the comparisons to Blink and Green Day....Best album musically and lyrically to date Best song: Pull The Curtain

    I actually like this album. Each song has its own distinct sound and I can listen to the whole CD without skipping any songs, which is quite rare for me. I'm not going to compare this album to other band's, that just never works.

    Best album ever, except maybe 21st century breakdown. With me is an amazing song. Underclass hero is really good to. Want to hear more. Yaaaaaaaaaaaay

    While it's not my favorite album, it is up there. It seems to be a nice throwback album to All Killer No Filler while having its own differences from it. It does seem to have an artistic sound to it at times, as well as some clever writing.

    It's still OK in Sum 41 because they have bring back they own music style, punk rock. But at this time, the drum sound is not OK, there's a song that contains "disbelieve your God" and not the original Deryck's voice.

    While it's far from my favorite Sum 41 album, I can say time made me appreciate it more than when it came out. The departure of Brownsound and made the album more pop and less metal. Also, I loved Green Day's masterpiece American Idiot and I felt that Underclass Hero was a blatant ripoff as we see so much inspiration like at the start of the March of the dogs. I felt they even ripped of their own songs with Underclass Hero as it riped off Subject to change, a bonus song on their previous album Chuck. I guess I didn't get the concept of the title Subject to change at the time. Also, as a French Canadian, I was shocked when I listen to Ma Poubelle as I can't believe artists from Canada (where French is an official language) could make songs in French and be so bad at it. I didn't mind NOFX's Champ Elysees as I don't mind how poorly American speeks French. I would be curious to know if Goldfinger's singer was as bad at singing 99 red balloon's German's part. As years passed by and many great Sum 41's albums later, the more I revisit Underclass Hero, the more I enjoy it.… Expand

    Underclass Hero they've gone straight for the commercial mother lode, pitching their sound almost equidistantly between 'The Black Parade' and 'American Idiot' (insert your own 'parade of idiots' gag here).... If you already own those albums, why waste your time with this?
