Every song brings a different side of this band, and yet each song was crafted beautifully. The standout tracks, My House and St. Patrick show the raw power and confidence the band has, and the softer songs like Eyelids and Holy contrast the others in an incredible way. Definitely worth the buy.

White Noise is amazing for Pvris' debut album. Each track is solid, with wonderfully written lyrics and strong vocals. Although there were a few weaker songs, the album as a whole is definitely not bad for their debut album. For now, it seems that Pvris is trying to to find their distinct direction. It might be easy to dismiss them as yet another Paramore knock-off, but Pvris is definitelyWhite Noise is amazing for Pvris' debut album. Overall, White Noise is a great album from an emergent pop-rock band. Expand

My God, o mundo precisa conhecer PVRIS e ouvir o "White Noise", esse álbum é puro hino. PVRIS' debut album flows so well and really shows a different side to the "punk" scene. Lynn's lyrics throughout the entire album are my favorite part. Her lyrics are beautiful, raw, powerful and easy to relate to. For me, lyrics are one of the most important aspects of a successful album. For me, lyrics are one of the most important aspects of a successful album. You can tell that she poured her heart and soul into the lyrics. Along with the lyrics, the music is intriguing and unique. They add a lot of electronically developed instruments to each of the songs that makes them stand out from others in their genre, not to mention Lynn's powerful vocals. All the songs are unique in their own way, however there are a few songs that sound similar and don't stand apart from each other. Apart from that, White Noise is an amazing debut album for PVRIS and I am excited to see what their next album brings. Expand

This was the first ever PVRIS Record I fully listened to and I thought that it was a pretty good Album with lots of fantastic electropop and alternative rock bangers on here like my personal favorite on the Album "Ghosts" and the fantastic Singles "St. Patrick" and "My House" the latter of which was actually the first song by the band I actually listened to but Yeah throughout the 10This was the first ever PVRIS Record I fully listened to and I thought that it was a pretty good Album with lots of fantastic electropop and alternative rock bangers on here like my personal favorite on the Album "Ghosts" and the fantastic Singles "St. Patrick" and "My House" the latter of which was actually the first song by the band I actually listened to but Yeah throughout the 10 Tracks and 40 Minutes of run time this Record has I would say that the only song that was pretty bad imo was "Eyelids" which was such a boring ass and generic track and Yeah this was a Great Debut Record from PVRIS which Lynn Gunn's vocals as well as the production on here was absolutely fantastic and all that results in this Album from me getting a Light 8 out of 10 Overall. You've got a positively enchanting album, from what's easily the best new band of 2014. [1 Nov 2014, p.54]
  2. White Noise stands to be one of the most promising and impressive debut album of the year, but more than just deserving that title, it stands to be one of the best albums of the year.

Only a few slip-ups occur (“Eyelids” wanders for too many minutes), but all in all, it’s a shiny debut from a band we are excited to watch improve.
