On the border of cheesy and serious; right where Justice belongs and right where they've always been. This soars above their previous album Audio Video Disco. It's feel good dance music for a more mature audience than that of their debut Cross. Surely not as hard hitting as their early days, they've opted for a gentler but just as inspiring sound. 8/10

Love SOS is not very good, and Pleasure is quite forgettable as well, but aside from that, this is too much fun to criticise. Sure, the lyrics are a tad bland, and all of this isn't particularly new or inventive, but I'd be lying if I said that that actually bothers me.

Awesome fresh tunes, that only Justice could pull out. The album's main weakness is that it's stuck between the genres, and even though I appreciate duo's usual aspiration to innovate, the album isn't good enough to not to suffer from it, sometimes taking the worst of all worlds. Still, overall the album is really likable, especially for a Justice fan.

When you listen to a Justice album, in order to fully understand the concept behind every song, you have to consider every album as a totally separate unit. In fact it's correct: as we know, they wait a lot of time before starting making new music.

This time they fell in love with the disco from the past, last time they worked on a strong prog rock vibe and before that, they became famous with that damn masterpiece that we all know: expecting always the same sound from Justice is an insult to their creativity and their will to explore new genres marking them with their sound. Every time they release something new I'm not only hyped, but curious to hear what inspired them this time: a new idea, a totally new feeling on every song.

Awesome album, as strong as the previous ones. 8/10

Woman is yet again another new area of music for Justice to play around in. They use heavily influenced disco melodies and harmonies. There is indeed an absence of a "dance" aspect to this album but highlights like "Safe and Sound", "Pleasure", "Stop", "Randy", and "Love S.O.S." keep the longtime fans pleased.

Woman is a fun, funky, funny, fabulous album full of life and harmony. It's as if Justice travelled back in time to the 70;s and 80's with current technology, and made a hit record. The melodies are addictive, and even though some might find the lyrics cringy or even soppy, I think they help capture the care free feeling of love that is woven throughout this album. The grooves never stop, and so the fun doesn't either. The album finishes on a hopeful track, that sends you on your way to spread the love you've just been given by Justice. 9/10. Expand

Generally speaking, the beats remain hard enough, and the riffs have a sharp enough edge to maintain Woman’s effect throughout, and the elastic textures created by Augé and de Rosnay display a real lushness, warm and cold in equal measures.

Woman is a really good record and an accomplished, confident body of work, but it may leave those hankering for something with more venom feeling a little impatient.

Woman does provide Justice’s most human sound to date, if you will. That sound is made particularly clear by including more singing and lyrics than they’ve been known to do. Despite so many tracks feeling substantially longer than called for, Justice presents new ideas and a sound fuller here.
