    While She Sleeps have delivered the best album so far about post-Brexit/post-election anxiety. You Are We is frantic and grim, preoccupied with personal and political disintegration, but it’s also huge.

    The production values on You Are We are perfection--too many metalcore records overproduce until notes feel clinical. But ‘Feel’ builds and drops like an avalanche of brilliance, Taylor’s voice firing off a round of vocal ammo with ease.

    Amazing album, I'm a BMTH fan so what first drew me to this album is that it had a song featuring Oli Sykes. A lot of the bigger metalcoreAmazing album, I'm a BMTH fan so what first drew me to this album is that it had a song featuring Oli Sykes. A lot of the bigger metalcore band are changing their sound up, and not that I don't enjoy that, but While She Sleeps keeps it in the genre they started as. The album also tackles issues that the world is facing at the moment such as Brexit as well as Trump's America. This is one of many albums to come that scream to protect the innocent and ignore the oppressors.… Expand

    You'll be hard pushed to find a better metal album released in 2017 and in reality a better album in general. While She Sleeps managed to produce an album filled with classic WSS riffs and vocals whilst moving their sound to another level with some incredible instrumental work, beautiful vocal lines and very relevant and stirring lyricism. While other metal bands stumble to try and create a style both heavy but with enough catchy elements to appeal to a wider audience While She Sleeps have produced their best album to date and that's really saying something considering both This Is The Six and Brainwashed were phenomenal albums.… Expand
