The Big Hero 6 spin-off series Baymax! is coming to Disney+ on June 29, and in honor of National Streaming Day, the service just released a new look at the animated show.

The titular robot (voiced by Scott Adsit) is front and center in the spin-off (and in the trailer, which you can watch below), as he sets out what he was programmed to do: help others. If you remember the movie, Baymax's sole purpose was to take care of people, and that put him in the middle of a dangerous event when robotics prodigy Hiro (Ryan Potter), who counted Baymax has his best friend, got in trouble.

In this case, Baymax encounters new people he wants to help in each episode, but many times they are not interested in his assistance.

"I thought it would be fun to do a Disney+ series with Baymax interacting with normal folks," series creator Don Hall said in a statement. "He sets out to fix a physical issue that he's identified, and in the process, gets to a deeper, more emotional place and can be almost transformative in that role."

The six-episode series is written by Cirocco Dunlap, produced by Roy Conli and Bradford Simonsen, and directed by Dean Wellins, Lissa Treiman, Dan Abraham, and Mark Kennedy. Potter also returns to reprise his role, and other voice artists in the show include Maya Rudolph, Emily Kuroda, Lilimar, Zeno Robinson, and Jaboukie Young-White.

Big Hero 6 has a 74 Metascore and won the Best Animated Feature Film Oscar in 2015. Baymax! has not yet been made available for review.
