If you've been jonesing for more Bosch, IMDb TV has you covered, with its spin-off, subtitled Legacy, debuting May 6 on the streamer. And you can get a first look at the new show right now, below.

Bosch: Legacy follows Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver) after he leaves the Los Angeles Police Department and now works as a private eye, often teaming up with his former foe, attorney Honey "Money" Chandler (Mimi Rogers). The duo want to create a sense of justice in the City of Angels, but the titular character's life is complicated by his daughter, Maddie (Madison Lintz), following in his footsteps and joining the LAPD.

"When my dad quit being a cop, it made a lot of noise," Maddie says in the teaser.

"They said I had a deep-seated disdain for authority bordering on insubordination," Bosch explains.

Maddie is now a rookie officer, which puts her in as much danger as her former detective father has been in. She is partnered with Reina Vasquez (Denise Sanchez), a hard-edged training officer. Maddie will patrol the L.A. streets and figure out what kind of cop she wants to be, and how much she may be like her father, whether she wants to be or not.

Meanwhile, Bosch, too, has to figure out what kind of life he will lead now that he's no longer on the force. He will find himself going head-to-head with powerful figures in new ways, and he will also learn about his own genealogy. Along the way, he finds an important resources in gadget guy Maurice "Mo" Bassi (Stephen A.Chang).

Bosch: Legacy is inspired by Michael Connelly's novel The Wrong Side of Goodbye, in addition to the flagship series, which was also based on Connelly's books and characters.

The show also features guest stars David Moses, William Devane, Phil Morris, Kate Burton, Steven Flynn, Aisha Kabia, Jai Rodriguez, Danielle Larracuente, and Michael Rose. Hailing from Executive producers are Connelly, Eric Overmyer, Tom Bernardo, Henrik Bastin, Pieter Jan Brugge, Welliver, and Zetna Fuentes, who also directs the premiere episode. The show is produced by Fabel Entertainment.
