'Harley Quinn' Season 3

HBO Max

It's been more than two years since being able to follow the titular DC villain Harley Quinn on her animated adventures on HBO Max, but wait no more; the streamer just dropped a Season 3 trailer for the series, which you can watch below.

In Season 3, Harley (voiced by Kaley Cuoco) and Poison Ivy (Lake Bell) return to Gotham as a new power couple, aka #Harlivy. Joined by a ragtag crew that includes King Shark (Ron Funches), Clayface (Alan Tudyk), Frank the Plant (JB Smoove), they try to become the best versions of themselves while also working toward transforming Gotham into an Eden paradise. But that's Ivy's dream, so will there come a time that comes into conflict with what Harley wants?

The animated comedy also features the voice cast of Matt Oberg as Kite Man, Christopher Meloni as Commissioner Gordon, Andy Daly as Two-Face, Diedrich Bader as Batman/Bruce Wayne, James Adomian as Bane, Sanaa Lathan as Selina Kyle, Briana Cuoco as Batgirl/Barbara Gordon, and Harvey Guillén as Nightwing. James Gunn also makes a cameo appearance.

Based on DC Comics characters, the series was developed by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker, and Dean Lorey, who executive produce alongside Cuoco, Sam Register, Jessica Goldstein, and Chrissy Pietrosh. It comes from Delicious Non-Sequitur Productions and Yes, Norman Productions in association with Warner Bros. Animation.

Harley Quinn Season 3 premieres July 28 with its first three episodes and then streams one new episode weekly every Thursday up to and including the season finale on Sept. 15. Thus far, the series has a Metascore of 82.
