Jason Bateman and Laura Linney in 'Ozark'
NetflixOzark is coming to an end with Part 2 of its fourth and final season streaming April 29 on Netflix, and you know that means the Byrde family is going out with a bang!
In addition to the final seven episodes launching at the end of April, that same day sees a 30-minute special titled A Farewell to Ozark, which takes viewers behind the scenes of the final season.
As previewed in the latest trailer from the streamer (which you can watch below), the Emmy-winning drama's final seven episodes sees Marty (Jason Bateman) and Wendy (Laura Linney) finally rid of Helen (Janet McTeer) and climbing to the top of the cartel's empire. However, new threats abound, from recent allies, such as Ruth (Julia Garner), and even their own family.
Marty and Wendy are at odds with each other, as well, with him saying that he is sick of having blood on his hands. To this, she replies, "You're so desperate to be the good guy."
"Don't back out on me when we're almost done," she continues. "Don't do that."
She also reminds him that he was the one who suggested this life at all, calling him a "good salesman."
Ozark also stars Sofia Hublitz, Charlie Tahan, Jessica Frances Dukes, Lisa Emery, Damian Young, Alfonso Herrera, Adam Rothenberg, John Bedford Lloyd, Joseph Sikora, Bruno Bichir, CC Castillo, Katrina Lenk, Bruce Davison, Ali Stroker and Veronica Falcón.
Bateman, Mark Williams, John Shiban, Patrick Markey, Bill Dubuque and showrunner Chris Mundy serve as executive producers. Linney is a co-executive producer on the series, which comes from MRC Television.
