Beth Riesgraf

Biography: American actress Beth Riesgraf, most recognized as Parker on TNT's action drama Leverage, was born in Las Vegas, Nevada where she attended high school in Cimarron-Memorial. Even as a teen, Beth excelled in the things she did, whether it was in academics or in her extra-curricular activities. A known photography enthusiast, Riesgraf soon found herself in front of the camera instead of the one holding it. Since her early 20s, she has slowly built a steady career both in film and on television while maintaining her passion for taking snapshots.

In 2000, she began her acting career when she was featured in the short film, The Summer of Deflowering. On television, Beth made her debut in a minor role as a waitress in a 2001 episode of Spin City. On MTV's Undressed, she appeared in three episodes as Loretta, a businesswoman in search of her "turn-on". In 2005, she played a girl with whom Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) hooked up with. In 2003, Beth, together with Jason Lee, Scott Martin, and Chris Pastras, launched the production company Niva films. On the big screen, Riesgraf has appeared in not-so-popular independent films and made-for-TV movies. She also worked with Jason Lee at the helm in the silent independent film, The White Door (2006), alongside Giovanni Ribisi. Beth made a cameo as a mother in a supermarket in Alvin and the Chipmunks. In 2008, she worked with fellow Scientologists Jenna Elfman, Jason Dohring, and Erika Christensen among others in the short film Struck. Beth was then cast that same year as the petite unassuming blonde Parker, seen hanging by the side of tall buildings, on the modern-day take on Robin Hood, Leverage with Timothy Hutton and Christian Kane.
