Brandon Rogers

Biography: Brandon Rogers hails from North Hollywood, CA, USA. He had a musical familt background since his mother was a songwriter. He graduated college from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He is a very talented backup singer. On 1996-1999, Brandon attended UNT and performed in the UNT Jazz Singers, the centerpiece ensemble of the university's vocal jazz studies program. He has sung backup for Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake and Anastacia on their tours (Stripped, Justified and Encore Tour.) He has spent time in a boy band that eventually disbanded. He has also performed as a wedding singer and has coached some people.

Brandon auditioned for "American Idol" at Los Angeles, California, USA. After auditioning, Simon commented that Brandon was the best auditioner coming from Los Angeles. He then moved on to Hollywood Week, top 24. On March 8, 2007, he made it to the top 12 of "American Idol," but was eliminated on March 14, 2007, garnering 12th place for the season.
