She was named after her mother Catherine June Sutherland Sr. She was a model and her interests include singing/songwriting, dancing, piano, horse riding, scuba diving, hiking, aerobics, weight training, sky diving, cycling, roller blading, jet skiing, swimming, rock climbing. She is dating actor Daniel Chilson from New Jersey. Catherine also does a voice-over as Mira in the Playstation game Pitfall 3D: Beyond The Jungle.
