Edward Pomerantz

Biography: As a playwright and screenwriter for feature films and television, Edward Pomerantz has worked on a variety of projects. In 1981, he won an Emmy for his adaptation of Edgar Allen Poe's story The Gold Bug, which Pomerantz created for the ABC Afterschool Special. He has won several awards for his work. His best-known film is Robert M. Young's moving Caught (1996).
