Gene Barry
Biography: Eugene Klass was a stage actor by the early 1950s, when he began appearing in films. His notable '50s films include the science-fictioners The War Of The Worlds and The 27th Day, and Samuel Fuller's war drama China Gate. In the 1960s he scored his biggest successes on television, with the series Bat Masterson from 1959-61, Burke's Law from 1963-66, and The Name Of The Game from 1968-71. His later films include The Second Coming of Suzanne (which he also executive produced) and Guyana -- The Crime of the Century.
