Peter David
Biography:
Peter David worked in the sales department of Marvel comics before starting his career as a writer. During that time he pitched an idea for Spectacular Spider-man that was published in 1985. The story was met with such positive response that he became the regular writer of Spectacular Spider-man followed by a nearly 12-year long stint as the author of The Incredible Hulk.
At the same time, Peter breached out into all different kinds of media. His bibliography includes hundreds of comic books, movies, TV series, and over 50 fiction and non-fiction books.
In 2001, Peter married Kathleen O'Shea with whom he has one son. He also has three daughters, Shana, Gwen, and Ariel from his first marriage with Myra Kasman. All four children live with him and his wife in New York.
