Shannon returned to South Florida in her early teens and once again began auditioning locally until her agent was convinced she should test her luck in Los Angeles during the 2000 pilot season.
Shannon relocated to California the following year and was offered a variety of guest spots. She appeared on "The Drew Carey Show" playing "Nick's Daughter". She also was cast as Lily Finn's best friends Kristina on a new sitcom, "Grounded for Life". Most recently Shannon was cast in the pilot episode of NBC's "Crossing Jordan" as Lucy, a young genius with an attitude. However, in final rewrites Lucy was cut out of the script. Instead, Shannon appeared on the 2001 Season premiere of "Malcolm in the Middle" as a cheerleader with a mission - for trouble!

Shannon remains busy in her new Los Angeles residence where she spends her time working on her career and academics. She is very devoted to her adorable kitten, Touey (named after a "Moulin Rouge" character) and her circle of friends.
