Shows are ranked by Metascore (an average of grades from top professional critics on a 0-100 scale) prior to rounding, and must have at least 4 reviews from professional critics.
(#10) The second Apple TV+ series on our list, Truth Be Told actually sounded decent on paper, with a strong cast (Octavia Spencer, Lizzy Caplan, Aaron Paul, Elizabeth Perkins) and potentially intriguing story (adapted from the novel Are You Sleeping) about a true-crime podcaster's investigation into a murder. But critics felt that those big names were wasted on a bland and poorly written series.
