Code Vein fulfills what was promised after several launch delays, offering an RPG with anime aesthetics with remarkable gameplay and history, but ballasting several mistakes that make it difficult to stand out among other games of its kind.

The Surge 2 offers more and better than seen in the first chapter, polishing certain rough edges but keeping certain errors of its predecessor. Its combat system reaches the saga to a new exponent of possibilities and its futuristic setting brings a different vision to the genre.

Borderlands 3 has many good elements. The game itself has a control and shooting mechanics that touch perfection. It is a title that was developed to honor all fans, because the inclusion of known characters makes it become a title that no Borderlands 1 and 2 player can miss. The only thing we can claim from GearBox, the developer, is the inclusion of more features or a slightly more memorable ending. Similarly, for us, it is one of the best games of the year.

Although it is a game designed and developed especially for rally lovers, it can also be enjoyed by any casual player, or by those who enjoy driving games. WRC 8 guarantees fun for several months, if the career or online mode is played. The main problem that the title has, and that has been presented to us from the beginning, is the same as always: its graphics is still lagging behind a bit.

Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered proves that the time doesn’t affect to a quality title. Dynamic turn-based combats, strong plot, great anime design and exceptional BSO give form to one of the greatest JRPG ever. A must have game for every anime and/or RPG fan.

Although Exception offers a great challenge within a somewhat worn out genre, it fails to catch up with the great exponents, the reason? A lack of control and response in the most complete situations of the game. While neglecting certain graphic and design aspects, it can satisfy the appetite of avid fans of this type of games, especially for its huge number of levels.

eFootball PES 2020 remains one of the most realistic soccer games in what is a rhythm of play and situations in the football camp. Although Konami has maintained the playable base of last year, it has implemented a lot of improvements that make it a totally new game.

Improved visual aspects, feeling of unity in each season and several hours of extra content are enough elements to give this collection a chance. It is the closure that the franchise deserved.

GreedFall arrives to try to recover the best moments of the role genre, offering a remarkable adventure, full of decisions to make, adversaries to beat and loaded with different possibilities to face the situations that arise, although it suffers some failures that impoverish the experience.

2K has made changes that improved the franchise in general. NBA 2K20 is, without a doubt, the best game in the series to date. Although no new mode has been added, those that are present in this edition have small changes that improve, and much, the playable experience within them. Microtransactions aside, which are quite annoying, is a game that can be enjoyed perfectly without spending more money than has already been spent to buy the game.

You can hate or love this specific game, as it is one of the few in the Final Fantasy saga that did not fall well in general. We have loved him, even with the imperfections that remastering has. It is almost just a conversion with a better resolution and a somewhat more "current" modeling. Similarly, this should not matter much, because what stands out in this game, and most of the classic Final Fantasy of the 90s, is its history. If you enjoyed this title in its original version, you will love this remastering.

Crystar is one of those titles that makes it out of Japan and it is going to be a reference for the RPG titles to come. Fluid combat system, characters with their own fighting styles and complex plot are its strengths. Gemdrops Studios offers a title which is far from perfect, but it is able to impact the player like few games can.

Remedy Entertainment wanted to show that daring is in their genes, because Control exceeds everything expected of a game of this style. With a brave stage design, which encourages exploration and omits all kinds of aids, the game is very fun, although the fighting, constant by the way, makes it become something repetitive. Fortunately, the opposite is true with its setting, which shows that the designers of the title are talented people, because the game in regards to the setting is a marvel. In a nutshell, it is a game that can be enjoyed perfectly, if you are not so exquisite with the details and problems presented by the same entry.

We could say that Man of Medan is all that was expected of the new game of the Supermassive developer: a game that shows that horror film adventures have a place in the world of video games. Although it is somewhat short and with a somewhat hasty development, due to the amount of errors it has, the game manages to keep the player clinging to the sofa. In short, it is a game that lovers of the genre, and especially those who enjoyed Until Dawn, should not miss.

Decay of Logos is an ambitious title which tries to bring together the best of The Legend of Zelda and Souls series, but it fails because of too many glitches. Popping, missing collisions during some combats and the elk’s chaotic AI make impossible visiting Ada’s world as intended by Amplify Creations. Waiting for future updates is mandatory.

Ancestors Legacy Conqueror’s Edition is the RTS title the PlayStation 4 gamers were waiting for. Easy to learn, balanced factions, long campaign mode and stable multiplayer mode. A real time strategy game that hooks you in since the first minute. Probably we are not before the strategy game more deep of the market, but the gameplay works really well and delivers a great medieval story.

Wreckfest is a game that needed to reach PlayStation 4, because it shows that racing, destruction and good physics are very necessary elements in this game type. We could say that it is a casual title, but also challenging and perfect to give a bit of variety to a somewhat worn genre.

When playing Horizon Chase Turbo for a couple of hours, it is more than fair to say that this game is what it wants to be, that is, a tribute to the driving arcades of the 90s. With simple but effective controls. We are facing a racing game for those who are not looking for a simulator, but rather a title where fun is what prevails.

The developer has managed to adapt the anime quite faithfully. However, by focusing mainly on the story they have neglected other important aspects of the game, such as the limitation of characters, modes and combat scenarios. However, the pace of frantic fighting and how well it is achieved, adaptation can become a fan.

Etherborn is worth it, because despite being a short game it is very fun. However, despite its interesting planning and its very well played gameplay, Etherborn "stays in the air", because it lacks some additional detail that can truly call the attention of those looking for a puzzle game that offers something new inside of that segment.
