Summary: Cougar Town focuses on a newly single 40-year-old mom Jules Cobb (Courteney Cox) and her teenage son (Dan Byrd). In a small town of Florida, the most important thing is the Cougars high shool football team, which is very appropriate since there are tons of divorcees prowling in the area looking for young men. Jules doesn't want to be one ofCougar Town focuses on a newly single 40-year-old mom Jules Cobb (Courteney Cox) and her teenage son (Dan Byrd). Encouraged by her best friend Ellie Torres (Christina Miller) and her assistant Laurie Keller (Busy Phillips), Jules tries to enter back into the dating scene. To her surprise she meets Bobby Cobb (Brian Van Holt), a very young nice guy, as he discovers that she still has what it takes.

I'm sure a lot of people would try to compare this to "Friends" simply because of Courtney Cox, but this ensemble show stands on its own. No weak characters/actors, lots of heart, lots of humor and ingenuity. This is a Cul de Sac that I want to move in to (if they'd let me).
