i didn't expect to like this show. Really any show that reinforces aggressive male stereotypes bores me like militant feminist shows also bore me, but this is well made and well acted. Scott Ryan created and stars, and plays a guy who is aggressive but always in a logical fashion, he neveri didn't expect to like this show. My favorite show on television at the moment, was a favorite from the first episode last year, and has stayed at the top of my list since. Such a well made, well acted, well written, treat from our friends down under.

Excellently written, the mixture of dark humor with both drama and action are perfectly balanced. The show is reminiscent of a Guy Ritchie film in tv form. Each episode is tightly written and wrapped up in 30mins as well, which is something more video entertainment needs to take notice andExcellently written, the mixture of dark humor with both drama and action are perfectly balanced. Pound for pound easily one of the best shows on television at the moment. A tiny bit like a rough and ready Aussie “Ray Donavan” but with sharper humour, more heart and better writing. Miss it at your peril. And for all you geeks out there, Natalie Tran has a minor role in the show as well :)

Masterful television. Although it shares some thematic similarities with HBO's "Barry", it is far more somber in tone. Both are good. The dialog between characters seems incredibly genuine, instead of people exchanging monologues. Give it a chance and you'll see through the superficiallyMasterful television. Imagine "You Were Never Really Here", if it was made by Steven Seagal. Imagine "Drive", but it is "The Office".
It's very funny, but I can't figure out if I am laughing with it or about it.
