This series really nails both pacing and intensity; I have literally could not stop watching and cannot wait for season 2.

Buoyed by an excellent voice cast as well as Titmouse Animation visuals that are sharp, emotive, and imaginative, it’s a bold attempt at creating a unique streaming sensation, all of it revolving around a captivating conceit: uploaded intelligence.
It’s a portrait of a rapidly changing world that takes care to document the emotional carnage left in its wake, to gripping, troubling and ultimately quite moving effect.
Given enough time and patience, the vast web of the overlapping ideas in “Pantheon” might solidify into a deeply satisfying sci-fi story. Whether or not it will get the chance, or else snag the audience that might be particularly intrigued by it, is another story that only time (and the reach of AMC+) can tell.
There is an adjustment period required by “Pantheon”—one needs to reconcile the almost guileless quality of the imagery with the dauntingly futuristic tale being told and the disquieting notions being proposed. All in all, it’s worth the effort.
The creators of “Pantheon” dive deeper into their concepts with each of the four episodes sent for press, sometimes too obviously underlining their themes instead of letting them feel organic, but there’s no denying that this show casts a unique spell that grows with each chapter. My initial apprehension after the premiere had given way to curiosity.
This show hooked me in, in just mere two episodes, I find this to be absolutely brilliant, it's been a long time I enjoyed a show this much, everything about it is just top-notch, the level of details regarding realism and how well it mimics the real world is just the best I've seen in any animated show ever, even looking at a computer screen in this show is exactly how a computer screen with content would look like in real life, the characters, plot, the twists, the dialogues, the writing and overall feel is just brilliant.
Don't waste more time reading reviews, just go watch it for yourself, you're not gonna regret it.

Great idea and I'm a **** for the whole uploading the mind trope, but this is kinda boring. I slogged thru the first episode, but it's just not very compelling. I may tey one more episode. If it doesn't pick up, I'm out.
