The most iconic show of the 2010s. Before PLL I had never really been addicted to a show like this but this one got me. It had such an innovative concept and addressed issues that not many (teen) shows had addressed before at that time. And also it was simply a great and exciting show. Its twists keep you on the edge of your seat and it never gets boring. Best show ever.

Fun enough, but the nastiness could be applied more heavily.
Pretty Little Liars is one of those shows that manages to mildly, and perhaps unintentionally, spoof its genre while fully participating in it, and that's not a bad thing at all.
Pretty Little Liars doesn't have the sense of humor -- or the wardrobe -- of "Gossip Girl." In fact, a surprising number of scenes call for bikinis. But the ongoing mystery (not to mention a secret referred only to "the Jenna thing") may prove irresistible to young people.
Appropriately for a pilot with so many threads, there's little time invested in establishing basic character before delving into their particular peccadillos.
It hits every ''racy'' teentertainment mark so hard (everyone's hair is so full - of secrets!) that it feels like the only thing missing is a visit from the ghosts of Jennifer Love Hewitt and Freddie Prinze Jr.
the series is so intriguing and amazing. ghe legendary characters created an iconic storyline that paved the way for other teen dramas
