Genuinely interesting pilot episode with excellent, theater quality action sequences and the promise of finally getting to know the often background characters Sam and Buck. So far they are human and real, but still feel like old friends. After the clever and original Wandavision this is a slight step back for Disney+ and Marvel. The story isn't as original it does revert back to the same style of storytelling as most of the MCU.

The show is "fine" by all accounts. But I can't help but feel a little disappointed by its lack of ambition.

It's telling when the villains are really the best part of the show. The plot and set-pieces are so generic, it's hard to recall specific moments of the show. The buddy comedyThe show is "fine" by all accounts. But I can't help but feel a little disappointed by its lack of ambition.

The first episode they try to claim that Sam's sister got denied a loan just because she was black, however, the actual reason why she got denied is because she had no income. Any person on Earth, no matter their skin color, would also get denied. This is just another show full of Left Wing propaganda. No thanks.… Expand
