In the eyes of this critic, showrunner Todd Helbing and company have rediscovered what’s quintessentially The Flash. ... These folks have put together one of the strongest premieres this show has ever produced, and it’s guaranteed to leave people talking.
The CW has done an impressive job building a snappy show out of one of the goofier heroes of the DC universe.

First, the series is completely on point with what the network is doing elsewhere (Arrow, etc.). Second, it's actually very well done. And third, it's wholly entertaining.
The Flash pushes most of the right buttons with its engaging first episode. It’s alternately action-packed, character-driven and poignant, with dashes of humor here and there.
It's fair to say that there isn't a single element in The Flash that you haven't seen before. It should all be a big yawn. And yet it's not. The earnestness puts it over.
This more comicbook-y entry could be another solid anchor from sibling DC Comics.
Depending on your POV and perhaps your age, the show is either rather bland or exactly what you’d expect from the CW.
I absolutely love this show. I love how season 7 lowkey incorporated real life issues

Die Serie ist ganz in Ordnung, die Effekte sehen wie bei allen DC Serien ziemlich beschissen Ausbund auch die Story Stränge sind eigentlich nicht allzu stark, an kann sie aber mal Abends im Bett angucken.

While the writers belly flop in making Cicada as a compelling villain, the tone, humour, and writing in other areas is a huge improvement over the previous seasons.

The show was good until Season 4, after that it was just downhill. Both in the story and in the special effects fell a lot, several characters that do not even exist in the original story of the comics, Dr. Wells, son and daughter of the Flash are ****, black characters in place of white characters, is very obliged to do something like this, pure sealing to please minorities. A waste and so much because this series deserved something better than it wants to be used for the L community
