Carell's character is at the center of the muddled messaging; is he a darkly comic figure, with his lack of self-awareness being entirely ironic? Or are the writers actually trying to frame sexual predators as sympathetic figures? One can put up with the shows other flaws but confusion over whether the show's message is anti-Me Too or not will likely sink it for most viewers.… Expand

It's got a great cast and... that's about it, unless you count sleep inducement as a positive - 4 stars.
