Overall, "Electric Sheep" is definitely a great episode, but it would maybe be better if the show didn't continue in the same vein for the rest of the season. Serious stories like this, while important, don't exactly fit in with The Orville's brand of humor and wonder. As a rare treat, it's certainly satisfying, but here's hoping we get to see more classic sci-fi adventure stories in the next episodes. Read full review

I love it, it’s one of my favorite shows. It’s probably too 10 shows of all time.

Wow, what a powerful and meaningful first episode of the third season. I was litteraly blown away with how good this was. I'm so glad this show is back, as a palate cleanser to the absolutely awful New Star Trek series they've been trying to shove down our throats. This is what Star Trek should be. Exploring moral dilemmas. Writing great stories with no agendas.

On a lesser note, some of the acting is so below par it's cringeworthy. I think I was distracted by the great storylines.

Wow..what a horrible way deal with a subject like suicide. Yeah we can just bring people back FFS! This episode started off as a fairly informed intelligent story about the subject, asking questions on why people make the choice to take their own life and how the people close by deal withWow..what a horrible way deal with a subject like suicide.
