One of the best seasons of all time! No bad episodes whatsoever! Just one banger after another! 6x1-6x4 was probably the best consecutive episodes in a row ever!
A complicated, and occasionally whimsical, series of tactics lend the 90-minute premiere the wide-open, yet tensely meticulous feel of a good heist film.
The show has constantly reinvented itself by both shifting venues and turning over characters, a formula that has kept the program’s soap opera aspects fresh, even if the threat from marauding zombies remains continuous.
Like all zombie stories, The Walking Dead is a life-or-death proposition at nearly every moment. That kind of unremitting intensity stretched over so many episodes can make the question of who survives take on transfixing interest, despite dialogue that’s not always convincing and an uneven cast.
It still reigns supreme in the gore department, with skin and ribcages falling off with gusto in the opening minutes alone, but it’s just not enough to counterbalance the circuitous nature of the show the longer it continues.
The sixth season on of AMC's "The walking Dead" is full of excitement, terror, and suspense, and opens the world up a little more through the introduction of new communities. A large amount of character development takes place, and some of our heroes' choices become questionable, which all leads up to a frightening finale. "The Walking Dead" is still one of the best shows on television, and always finds ways to outdo itself.
Season 6 of the walking dead seems to be what may be the beginning of the end of the show we all loved.... Bad writing is ruining all the hard work everyone's put in over the years. Charters are making the most **** choices ever and are no longer developing and feel flat~ and it honestly makes no sense.... Also the series is becoming stagnant.... Zombies are no longer a threat again *spoiler* after the second half of the season, its like season 2 all over again... a lot of nothing with little flashes in the pan sprinkled throughout to keep everyone tolerating it to the end..... worst season since season 2 IMHO..... Its becoming very apparent the show writers only care about the money and milking the show for every penny at this point and not the story, nor the heart of what TWD is. And its just not fair to the fans nor the actors.
Season six was a mediocre string of silly events and was ruined by using a cliff-hanger for the moment fans have waited all season for, just to try and drag it out and make people want to come back, well I won't be coming back unless gimple gets gone, the show is a train wreck these days and I don't have time for it anymore after this finale.
