  1. If you're happy to keep paying for very similar Picross games, you'll get more than your money's worth out of this. [Aug 2014, p.87]
  2. Jul 11, 2014
Picross e4 is an episode that summarizes the work made with previous entries without any kind of surprise or innovation.
  3. Jun 27, 2014
It doesn’t have too many additions, but ti brings the best of the series. If you like the Picross puzzles, then you already know if this game is for you.
  4. May 30, 2014
This is just another update, including more than 100 new puzzles, but it's totally worth it if you're in love with the formula. And you'll probably be pleased that Mega Picross and Micross are featured.
  5. Jun 5, 2014
If you enjoy a light puzzler this collection is for you, but it won’t change your mind about the series if you’ve already decided it’s not your thing.
  6. Jun 28, 2014
We cannot really say this is an evolution. The game continues with the same minimalist design and the game modes are essentially recoveries from previous editions.
  7. Jun 13, 2014
It's always good to have more puzzles and E4 delivers on that front, but leveling difficulty by the bottom will disappoint the veterans, along with the return of the Micross mode. A positive mention, though, for Picross' equivalent of a fidelity program and its rewards on the 3DS.
