  1. Enough Family-friendly platform action with responsive controls that's true to the spirit of the movie.
  2. 74
A solid DS title that uses a familiar game style that its target demographic is likely not to appreciate. The play time is a bit short clocking in at just under three hours, and with a lack of any type of multi-player or online capabilities there isn't much reason to revisit the game after completion.
  3. The shooting, platforming, and boss encounters are all enjoyable, but the game is incredibly short. It's also a very conventional formula that plays out a bit too simplistically.
  4. Aliens in the Attic is built from an established blueprint, but it dilutes its best elements to the point of sterility. Young children may enjoy it, but if you’re old enough to walk to school, this game won’t do enough to keep your interest.
  5. 60
Aliens in the Attic isn’t a bad game, but way to repetitive and monotonous for frequent gamers. Kids may appreciate it more, provided they are not left-handed.
  6. Altogether, Aliens in the Attic was surprisingly better than I anticipated, even if I was pretty down on it in this review.
  7. Every time I came close to defeating it, my game would freeze up (no pun intended) and I'd have to reset. After half a dozen interruptions like this, I gave up.
