Genre fans should still give this Saga a look - it has some very well-designed stages, and a fine English script by Aksys - but be warned that your best-laid strategies might go south at the worst possible moment. [Nov 2009, p.84]

69Hero's Saga has some good points such as actual, strategic challenge and some pretty visuals, but the game as a whole is weak.

72Laevatein Tactics has everything tactical fans expect from the genre, and not much else. I won't be so harsh as to call the game "forgettable", but there are far more unique and interesting genre offerings already available for the DS. Other than an unwieldy name, Laevatein Tactics hasn't got much to distinguish itself from the pack.
