  • Summary: Dead to Rights comes to the Game Boy Advance with 10 levels, intense combat, and minigames. You'll take the role of Jack Slate, a cop framed for the murder of his father. In order to find the perpetrator and get to the bottom of the conspiracy, you must solve puzzles, master a variety of weapons, and defeat challenging bosses. Dead to Rights also features a tutorial level where you can practice your deadly combat moves. Expand

  1. Jack Slate's noir-style story is told with cheesy writing that will delight some, but make others cringe. [Jan 2005, p.139]
  2. As just a basic shooter it isn't actually too bad; but with some incredibly short and easy levels, the game can be completed in a couple of days and you will probably have little desire to play through it again.
  3. The shooting interface is unreliable and tough to get the hang of, which is unfortunate considering that Dead to Rights is supposedly an action game steeped in gunplay.

    This horrid game actually accomplishes the dauting task of being even worse than its horrid console counterpart. This game is boring and ugly. That's all there is to it. Expand
