  1. It’s the closest thing to a vaguely taxing "Banjo Kazooie" -style adventure we might ever get.
  2. A great game...The only things that slightly detract are the shortness of the overall game, and the sameness of many of the mini-games.

So much has changed...for the better. Improved, tighter controls, more tasks to complete, more variety in the level design, a longer quest, and a better use of the isometric perspective.
  4. Although Spyro 2: Season of Flame is a very well produced game, the difficulty of it may turn away many players, myself included.

To be honest, I was quite pleased at how the first Spyro turned out for the GBA. The only gripe I had with it was the persp[ective in which the game was played. Once you got past that, it was a blast to play. Now, the second one is out and what do I have to say about it? Well, Season of Flame is even better. With better graphics, gameplay and control; who could ask for more? My only gripe is the ingame music. It just doesn't fit the Spyro mold. It seems forced. At any rate, though, This is a Spyro game through and through. Spyro:Season of Flame is an exceptional game. Not to be missed by the masses.... Expand
