At its core, Street Hoops is a weak playground simulator with a little basketball thrown in on the side.
  2. 61
Suffers almost out of the gate by a lack of game modes and the ridiculously tough AI.
  3. Aside from some improved graphics and the addition of Dolby Pro Logic II, the wait was in vain.
  4. A more realistic approach to organized community-court basketball than "NBA Street." [Jan 2003, p.172]
  5. You'd be much better off saving some of your hard-earned cash for that tattoo you've been wanting, the diamond-stud earring at your local pawn shop, or the superior GameCube title Street Hoops wants so badly to be.
  6. The worst offender is shot fakes that turn into accidental shots. This happened to me 3 or 4 times a game – deadly when the score is close.
  7. Unlike EA's game, Street Hoops is shallow and incredibly dull.

The reviewers must have a fish in their asses. This game is honestly so good. Great party game as you can play multiplayer on a team unlike nba street. The music does suck though. Expand
