  1. AceGamez
With a fast and frantic single player with all the trimmings, plus the voice and image of Arnie, I can't complain one bit. And when you've completed the game with a high score there's some decent cheats to unlock that enrich it even more.
  2. Definitely one of the best Terminator games since the old coin-op light gun shooter based on 1991's "Judgment Day."
  3. The main game though remains a solid arcade experience and for T-800 fanatics this really is the closest you're likely to come at the moment of actually experiencing the excitement of being in a Terminator Movie.
  4. Besides a few ideas that are executed poorly, the gameplay is varied, making it a fun experience. But its biggest problem is amount of gameplay, which is limited.
  5. Game Informer
Not only is it the best Arnold or Terminator-themed game ever (which isn't saying all that much), but it's also one of the best licensed games around. [Oct 2004, p.127]
  6. 80
While the hand-to-hand stuff won't win any awards, the deep selection of vehicles (from pickup trucks to high-tech battle tanks) and the frenetic pace of the game more than make up for it.
  7. Nintendo Power
A solid and enjoyable action title with great control and gritty graphics. [Nov 2004, p.131]
  8. We're happy to report that it's actually pretty good.
