1001 Attempts is a basic high-score game that succeeds by focusing just on the challenging essentials.

A brilliant and beguilingly simple hardcore platformer, 1001 Attempts delivers more excitement in its bite sized blasts than most games could ever dream of.

Of course retro junkies will no doubt find room for subtle strategy, and use patience to their advantage in the climb to maddeningly high tallies. Even then, in the hands of less committed players, you'd be hard pressed not to get at least 1001 fun-filled attempts out of this one. I'd buy that for a dollar - and so should you.

Simple high score action based around avoidance. A lot of fun, but not a deep experience.

1001 Attempts ($0.99, Universal) nails the “one more time” attitude of the genre to keep you coming back to the action packed game that is relatively the same each time you play. 1001 Attempts is worth picking up for some hectic fun above all else.

1001 Attempts a steal at its launch price, and is an easy game to jump right into.

1001 Attempts is a pure arcade highscore chasing game based on pure gameplay. No IAP. Many customes to unlock and a harcdcore mode that is as awesome as it is hard. One of my Top5 endless runners. Full Review »
