As I played the game on my iPhone, it can be a bit hard to see where you're going if your finger is in the way all the time.

Using mechanics similar to Spy Mouse, you must maneuver a trapped creature from start to exit without getting caught.

Now that the line drawing sneaker is an established genre, we'll be seeing a slew of titles in it, but as long as they're as polished and enjoyable as games like Critter Escape, that will be no problem at all.

It's got style, presentation, and plenty of replayability to keep people hooked for as long as they might need the distraction.

Critter Escape is what you want out of a mobile puzzle/action game. It has a ton of variation, huge relay value, and a clever concept.

A cute and enjoyable stealth / adventure title that is hampered a bit by fiddly level design.

Critter Escape has some glimpse of greatness when level goals get challenging, but that happens too seldom. Most of the time the gameplay feels pedestrian, and paired with a boring lead character not even named it is a title that I at least won't remember six months from now.
