It is a title best approached as a pastime instead of thought of as a game, and for this reason it is impossible to score. However, if you know at least one other person who owns a device capable of playing this game, and the odds are that you do, then you should join in the fun as soon as you possibly can.

Draw Something is a perfect witch's brew of Facebook integration, word scrambling, and asynchronous two-player Pictionary.

Despite its asynchronous gameplay, Draw Something succeeds in turning a simple game of Pictionary in to something delightfully engaging thanks to features that make you feel as your opponent is right there beside you.

The best thing about Draw Something is that it's amazingly entertaining.

The social aspect is hugely addictive. [June 2012, p.84]

Draw Something may lack some added gameplay richness, and options to be the perfect online Pictionary, but it's cheap and good enough for millions of people to enjoy and have fun with. Probably one of the simplest, yet enjoyable social game experiences on smart phones and tablets.

This is a game which has a free version, so as long as you have a device capable of using it, and at least one friend (or randoms to prey upon with your crude pictures of scrawled genitals) then this game makes for the perfect time-sink. And once you've got it and enjoy it, why not pay the 69p, you cheap sod? It's just over a third of a quid for this much fun!

This is a lot of fun! Like Words With Friends the back and forth of challenges is quite entertaining.

It's a neat way to engage and enhance your social networking and gaming experience.

Draw Something is a fine take on the picture guessing game made famous by Pictionary.

Draw Something isn't about the game you're playing, but about the friends you're playing with. It's a very basic game, then, but the fact it's a game comes second to the fact it's a laugh.

Draw Something is a great concept that has been proven to work by other games of its ilk, but the general execution of the OMGPOP's app just leaves something to be desired.

This game was the bomb when I had people who loved playing. As soon as your friends stop playing though, this game quickly loses it's charm.

It's also way too difficult to get bombs and different color palettes. This issue is exasperated when you have no friends that want to play.

This purchase is only wise if it's all the rage among your friends.

Love this game, and I have actually got better at drawing on my iPod touch! Choose up to 3 different things to draw, Easy medium or hard, and then draw it, unfortunately lots of people just write the word, but it is DRAW SOMETHING not WRITE SOMETHING, and that does irritate me :) overall great game tho x Full Review »
