Get Outta My Galaxy is a fun action game, although not too deep to offer elaborate dynamics. A pressing difficulty level will always offer exciting challenges.
A fantastic little game that not only looks great, but also is a lot of fun.
The fun of tilting and tapping furiously probably ought to wane after a couple of stages, but after being slapped around for a while these pesky aliens start to get their game. As they spurt projectiles, grow spiky foliage and turn themselves into suicide bombers, suddenly it becomes a whole different story.
Even with the uneven difficulty and occasionally spotty controls, GOMG is still worth your time. The bite-sized levels are fun, frantic, and perfectly suited for a mobile device. You'll spend the entire game slapping aliens around, and that doesn't get old.
It's a game that could get away with being more expensive and still be worth playing so at less than a dollar, Get Outta My Galaxy is near unmissable. You won't be sorry.
After just 20 minutes, Galaxy is revealed to be a pretty but ultimately shallow game. But it's such a good idea that I hope the developer considers sticking with it. There's an excellent game in here. It just needs to be coaxed into the open.
This baddie-slapping App Store entry packs a fun concept and a charming visual style, but its oversimple execution leaves much to be desired.
