Legendary Heroes is still fun in small doses. It starts to fumble a bit as it progresses because the smaller margin for error magnifies a couple of minor (but significant) issues, though.

Legendary Heroes take the task to port to iOS the famous DotA. It does a good job, but then it forgots the main feature: on-line. This flaw is something that we cannot forgive, so we have just an offline version of the heroes' RTS.

At its core, Legendary Heroes seems like it could be something truly great. Unfortunately, it's held back by the lack of polish, general bugginess, a missing multiplayer mode, and the fact that it falls into the freemium trap of having content that's essentially off limits unless you're willing to spend cash.

Very much a case of style over substance, Legendary Heroes looks like an exciting action-RTS game, but plays like a freemium PowerPoint presentation.
