    Featuring plenty of weaponry and a number of alien scum to fry, Razor: Salvation creates an atmosphere of gloom that fails to leave a lasting impression.

    The game's simplicity belies its lasting appeal-the timeless "just one more round" feeling is there with Razor, and it's because of that hook and a few of the game's small but important features that it can burrow its way into your brain and illicit the craving for earning just a few more Razorbucks.

    There's no denying the fact that the entire game involves sitting on a swivel and rotating around the same old scenery. There simply aren't enough stages in the game, and the lack of creativity with the weapons means you'll see everything this title has to offer within an hour, at best.

    On the one hand, Razor: Salvation is packed with some nice, detailed graphics and an interesting power-up system; on the other hand, switching between the weapons is a slow and cumbersome experience, and the gameplay itself is not as good as we expected.

    I was extremely disappointed by Razor: Salvation. I enjoyed Siegecraft, but a lot in this title just feels half-baked.

    Overall, Razor: Salvation is not a bad game, but it relies too heavily on the unlock mechanic and supposedly high-end visuals and not enough on variety. For some people, the simple shooting gameplay might grab them and keep them entertained for hours, but for me, it just left me feeling unsatisfied.

    While it tries to tackle some of the problems inherent in the smartphone FPS, Razor: Salvation ends up feeling dull because of it.

    Technical difficulties prevent this title from being the crowning achievement in "average." The first five minutes are kind of fun, but it's all downhill from there.
