Toonia TwinMatch is a very nice introduction to Mahjong solitaire for young children, be it with in-app purchases.

Summary The object of the game is to remove all tiles from the board by pairing them. Only free tiles can be paired. A tile is free if it is not covered and can be moved either left or right without being blocked by other tiles. You can turn on the light to help you identify free tiles.
