While Woody Woodpecker does have its flaws, there's no doubt that this is a fun game that is well worth the asking price. It won't last forever, unless Chillingo decide to support it with further levels, but it's certainly entertaining while it lasts and with its colourful cast of characters, thanks to an interesting licence, it's a great little take on the Tiny Wings idea.

It would be more satisfying if the various characters, means of transport, and weapons were unlocked along the way, rather than all provided from the start. Overall, a good game, but just for a couple of days or for the kids.

With the addition of new settings with the charm of Circus, more robust multiplayer action – and my personal wish – an endless mode that gets progressively harder, Woody Woodpecker could be epic. As it stands, it's a great bet for kids, a kick for nostalgia junkies and for all, at $.99 for a universal build, it definitely offers some ha-ha-ha-HA-ha's!

I really did like Woody Woodpecker, which probably has a lot to do with how much I love Tiny Wings. I don't think this game surpasses or meets Wings, but it's a lot of fun on its own.

Woody Woodpecker combines the gameplay of Tiny Wings and Mario Kart to fairly good effect, but perfunctory execution clips its feathers.

Whether or not this game is worth your time and money is based on the concept and your love of Woody Woodpecker. Just as a final note, the theme song has been altered slightly and as a fan of the cartoons, it was a bit of a letdown as hearing the theme song at the menu screen was something to look forward to. At least Woody's trademark laugh stays intact.

Woody Woodpecker is a fairly successful (if brazen) attempt at nicking off with Tiny Wings' formula, but Tintash's decision to dirty its waters with a wonky racing element leaves a bitter taste.

You get to play as several selectable animated characters, each with their own attack. The game is decent, the noticeable quality in the graphics, to the funny music, and the given multiplayer. The game however is very short, the multiplayer gives no extra incentive, and their is little skill in winning, not bad for a blast. Expand
